LOTUM GmbH, the creators of the popular 4 Pics 1 Word photo game, are a rising iOS and Android game developer making their mark in the iTunes and Google Play app stores. This publisher also goes by the name Games with Friends GmbH, which serves as the face to their other apps including Icomania, Pic Combo, Test for Friends, Paint for Friends, and Lucky Wheel.     My wife was playing one of your games called 4 pics 1 word. She got up to level 380 something without spending even 1 coin. At that point the game crashed all the way back to level 1. We tried to re-install in the hope it would fix the problem but it didn’t. She has now removed the game from her phone and is disappointed this happened.

    It will not open after passing 1000 plays. It happened before and I had to start from the beginning again,sort it out please.

    Some of the pics don’t even relate to the word. They should provide better clues.

    I was playing 4pics1word reaching 1600 then it crashed, I uninstalled it and reinstalled it and at 201 it crashed again.
    Just wondering what is going to happen – is this a problem that can be fixed because like a lot of people we love playing this game.
    I thought it might have been me but now I realise it is not after reading the comments on this site.
    I hope that all of us can get a reply, a solution and start playing the game again..

    Hi me and a friend are playing 4 pics 1 word the last three updates have not worked just says stay tuned for next update I am on level 1703 and my friend is on 1903 it’s very frustrating as we have both paid for the game that continues not to work

    I paid for 4 pics 1 word and at level 700. The app says stay tuned until next update for more puzzles. When will this be resolved? I have had this game for less than a month and will like to continue or get a refund.
